Receptionist

Job Responsibilities for the Receptionist:

• Greet clients, visitors, and guests; determine the purpose of visits and escort them to the appropriate location.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; take messages and schedule appointments.
• Receive and distribute mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries.
• Manage preparation, set-up, and clean-up of office client meetings, events, and gatherings.
• Organize product rep visits, continuing education events, travel, and meetings.
• Perform clerical support tasks, basic filing, and recordkeeping.
• Identify and communicate progress, accomplishments, challenges, and support needs to leadership.

Qualifications for the Receptionist:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of clerical procedures, recordkeeping, and filing systems.

Compensation for the Receptionist:

$18 - $20 Hourly
