Job Overview Automotive Office Manager at a dealership seeking a candidate within your area. Responsibilities Analyze and organize office operations and procedures. Control all posted documents, including time records, vehicle deals, commissions, and inventory additions and changes. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Communicate effectively with co‑workers and customers. Requirements / Qualifications At least a few years of dealership accounts payable experience. Proficient in accounts payable and accounts receivable processing. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with dealership software such as DealerTrack, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, QuickBooks, and POS systems. Benefits Above‑average salary based on industry standards. Full benefits package.
