The final offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as applicable state regulations, internal equity, and business needs, and may fall outside of the stated range.# Qualifications**Required*** Bachelor’s degree.* Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in academic advising, student services, student success, or another student support role within higher education.* Demonstrated experience supporting students in a higher education environment, with knowledge of student needs, academic processes, and institutional resources.* Comprehensive knowledge of academic advising practices, student success principles, university policies and procedures, and academic degree requirements.* Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to independently assess situations and determine appropriate courses of action.* Ability to facilitate training, mentor colleagues, and communicate complex information clearly and effectively.* Ability to manage competing responsibilities, maintain accurate student records, and meet established deadlines.* Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills.* Proficiency with applicable student information systems, customer relationship management systems, communication platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and other university technologies.* Ability to establish collaborative working relationships across departments and organizational levels.* Commitment to providing a high level of service to students, employees, and university stakeholders.To submit your application for this opportunity, please visit the Embry-Riddle Career Site and search for requisition number **R312217.** Please attach all relevant materials to your application when you apply online.
