Our Service technician is responsible for carrying out warranty work on roofing, siding, windows, doors, and gutters varying from minor adjustments to full replacements.Primary duties and responsibilities:Maintain high standards of workmanship, that adhere to Original Plans & Specifications, as well as Company StandardsKnowledge of Proper Scope of workStrong Communication, Leadership, Time Management, Problem Solving, Risk Management, Technical, & Negotiation SkillsCustomer Relations, and Ability to Discuss Project Processes with Customers.Ensure that all issues are resolved and the most efficient and cost effective way to ensure customer satisfactionDiagnosing and solving issues when a customer has a complaint or is not satisfiedDiagnosing, handling and solving issues that may arise throughout an installationAbility to Service any Warranty Work in respective Product FieldAbility to Manage Multiple Projects SimultaneouslyOversee all aspects of Projects, from Implementation to Completion.Ability to lift 75+ pounds.Required Education and Experience:High School Diploma or GED requiredMust have 2+ years experience of Roofing, Siding, Window, & Door install experienceSelf motivation and disciplineAn ambitious and competitive natureExcellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skillsResourceful problem solving abilitiesHighly evolved customer service skillsA personality and skill set that is scalable- We're looking for someone with promotion and managerial potential as the department and company growsTop notch customer service skillsBenefits:Medical, Vision and Dental insurance401(k) Matched by HomeStarPaid vacationMaternity/Paternity leaveIncome range: $55,000-$65,000/per year depending on experience
