Startup Infusion Pharmacy Manager & PIC - Texas

JobRx, Inc. is looking for a Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead operations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role requires active oversight of compliance, pharmacy staff, and operational strategy in a startup specialty and infusion pharmacy. The PIC will maintain regulatory accountability and ensure efficient workflow during the launch phase, including weekly travel to Houston. Candidates should have a valid Texas Pharmacist license and over 3 years of relevant operations experience.
