At Golden Care Therapy NJ, we are committed to providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy services to children with Autism in the Freehold, New Jersey, United States area. As an ABA Therapist (Spanish/English), you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission.

About the Role:

We are seeking a part-time ABA Therapist (Spanish/English) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an ABA Therapist, you will work closely with children with Autism, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that cater to their unique needs. Your expertise in ABA Therapy will enable you to create a supportive and therapeutic environment, empowering children to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of children with Autism to identify goals and objectives for ABA Therapy
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs
• Provide one-on-one ABA Therapy sessions to children, using evidence-based techniques and strategies
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to provide training and support, ensuring a comprehensive treatment approach
• Monitor and record progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and progress
• Participate in staff development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA Therapy
