Position:Executive Advisor - Health Systems & Employer Partnerships Location: Remote Engagement: Advisory (1–2 hours/month) Compensation: Equity Participation About Fruit Street Health Fruit Street Health is a CDC-recognized, telehealth-based Diabetes Prevention Program focused on reversing prediabetes and improving metabolic health at scale. We partner with health plans, employers, and providers to deliver outcomes-driven, lifestyle-based interventions for individuals at risk of Type 2 diabetes—particularly adults with A1C levels between 5.7–6.4. With over 100 million Americans at risk and the rapid adoption of GLP-1 therapies, the demand for scalable, clinically grounded lifestyle programs has never been greater. The Opportunity We are inviting a small, curated group of senior leaders to join Fruit Street Health as Advisors. This is a hands-on advisory role , working directly with the leadership team on: Strategic growth and national expansion Health plan, employer, and provider partnerships Clinical positioning within metabolic health and GLP-1 care models Strategic introductions and ecosystem development This is not a passive board seat—it is an opportunity to help shape and scale a high-impact healthcare platform.
