Rheumatologist

Our organization is excited to present a fantastic full-time opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Rheumatologist to become part of a well-established practice in Silvis, IL.

What We Offer
This is a full-time position within our medical group located in Silvis, IL. The role includes:

• A competitive salary with a two-year guarantee of $330,000, transitioning to a wRVU compensation model thereafter.
• A recruitment incentive of $120,000.
• Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
• A relocation package of up to $15,000.
• Generous paid time off, including 4 weeks of vacation, 1 week for continuing medical education (CME), and 6 paid holidays.
• An annual CME allowance of $6,000.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess the following:

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Rheumatology.
• The ability to obtain and maintain an unrestricted medical license in Illinois.
• Current state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications relevant to the practice.
• Eligibility to work in the United States (J1 and H1B visa applicants are welcome).

Work Environment
The Rheumatology practice is situated on the campus of our medical center in Silvis. You will join Dr. Kumar and a dedicated team of clinical and administrative staff. The facility offers on-site radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy services to support patient care. An Infusion Center is set to reopen in January 2026. Call coverage will be shared on a 1:3 basis, limited to phone calls only.
