Obstetrician/Gynecologist Opportunity At Genesis Medical Center Silvis

Genesis Medical Center Silvis is looking for an OB/GYN to fill their need! Schedule:

• Patient Contact Hours: 24 hour in-house hospital coverage (The locum is required to be onsite for 24-hour stretches)
• Shifts per month: 6-8 shifts per month
• Shift length: 24 hours (in-house)
• Procedure/OR days: As needed

Details:

• Inpatient Responsibilities: Yes, labor and delivery floor at the Silvis Campus
• Telehealth: No
• Services offered in the practice: Vaginal deliveries, C-sections, circumcisions
• Number of Exam Rooms per provider: N/A (Hospital-based coverage only)
• Lab & Pharmacy: Yes
• Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 10-15 triages a day plus deliveries
• All OB Triages are to be seen by the physician on call.
• Patient Demographics: Primarily obstetric and gynecologic patients
• EMR: Cerner

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide 24-hour in-house call coverage on the labor & delivery floor, including management of obstetric patients, deliveries, emergency gynecologic cases and inpatient consultations.

Bill Rates Needed for Submission:

• Malpractice (must be included in the rates)
• Orientation
• Hourly ($310 rate cap)
• Holiday Hourly
• Conversion fee ($25k rate cap)

Travel Reimbursements:

• Flights - $750/round trip cap (to include all taxes and fees). No upgraded airfares or seat upgrades
• Lodging - 1.5x the GSA rate cap average for the total stay (to include taxes and fees)
• Rental Car - $55/day cap (including all taxes and fees) regardless of car class. SUV/upgrades over cap will need to be preapproved (will only be approved if needed for inclement weather)
• Mileage - IRS Standard Rate
