Perm - Physician - OB/GYN Silvis, IL

Job Description

Must be interested in covering both inpatient and outpatient services
Required procedures:
- Fetal monitoring
- Low Risk Pregnancy--History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis
- FHR Interpretation-NST/CST/FSE
- OB ultrasounds-Performance of and Interpretation
- Routine Delivery-Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section
- Complicated Delivery-C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, VBACs, Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations
- Office/Minor Gynecology-IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, Cryosurgery, LEEP; Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor-Tubal Ligation, LOAs, Chromal Tubation
- Operative/Major (Includes Diagnostic)-Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOAs

Documentation System/EMR: Cerner, will convert to Epic in 2025
Not accepting visa candidates
Open to new graduate applicants who are Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) but MUST have plans to test and be Board Certified prior to start
Not accepting Locums candidates
Cannot accept providers who have any malpractice cases that are in Probate or that require supervision. Clean malpractice is preferred.

Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency and to be BC within 1 year of employment) in OB/GYN - REQUIRED
IL license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
Certified Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) - REQUIRED
State experience on provider profile with conditions/procedures: Fetal monitoring; Low Risk Pregnancy--History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis; FHR Interpretation-NST/CST/FSE; OB ultrasounds-Performance of and Interpretation; Routine Delivery-Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section; Complicated Delivery-C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions; VBACs; Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations; Office/Minor Gynecology-IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, Cryosurgery, LEEP; Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor-Tubal Ligation, LOAs, Chromal Tubation; Operative/Major (Includes Diagnostic)-Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOAs - REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice - PREFERRED
Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED

Shift(s) Description:
Monday through Friday (clinic/surgery) + On call
Weekend Requirements:
Choice of on call options (to be discussed at interview)
