We are seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist who is open-minded, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team while delivering exceptional care to our patients.

Position Details

• Schedule: Tuesday Thursday: 7:30 AM 5:00 PM, Friday: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Practice Environment: Team-oriented, supportive, and patient-focused
• Role Overview:
  • Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care
  • Educate patients on oral health, treatment needs, and home care
  • Work collaboratively with doctors and team members to ensure efficient, high-quality care
  • Adapt to daily practice needs with flexibility and a positive attitude

Required Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Dental Hygienist license in good standing
• Hardworking and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Flexible, open-minded, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, professional, and patient-focused demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to delivering excellent clinical care and patient education

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
