What We Are Looking For

We are protective of our patient experience and our team culture. To join us, you must possess:

• Prior Experience Required: A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred. At this time, we are not encouraging new graduates for this position; we need a seasoned professional who can hit the ground running.
• Ownership Mentality: You take full accountability for your column, your periodontal charting, and the follow-through for every patient in your chair.
• Productivity Mindset: You consistently seek ways to maximize patient care and efficiency while minimizing waste in the clinical flow.
• Credentials: Valid Tennessee RDH license with Nitrous Oxide and Anesthesia credentials. Active CPR/BLS certification is required.
