Home Comfort Advisor

Commission-Based | Target Earnings $150,000+ annually

Full-Time | Sandpoint, ID Flexible full-time schedule with occasional evenings and Saturdays

As demand for residential HVAC solutions continues to increase, we're looking for a motivated Home Comfort Advisor to help homeowners make confident decisions about their comfort systems while building a rewarding long-term career.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC comfort needs
• Recommend system replacement and upgrade solutions
• Present pricing and financing options clearly and professionally
• Build trust through a consultative, customer-focused sales approach
• Manage appointments, documentation, and follow-up communication
• Work closely with installation and operations teams to ensure successful project completion

Required Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales experience preferred
• Background in HVAC, roofing, remodeling, or home services is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
• Comfortable using technology and customer management software
• ServiceTitan experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Ability to inspect equipment and climb ladders when necessary
