Home Comfort Advisor
Commission-Based | Target Earnings $150,000+ annually
Full-Time | Sandpoint, ID Flexible full-time schedule with occasional evenings and Saturdays

As demand for residential HVAC solutions continues to increase, we're looking for a motivated Home Comfort Advisor to help homeowners make confident decisions about their comfort systems while building a rewarding long-term career.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC comfort needs
- Recommend system replacement and upgrade solutions
- Present pricing and financing options clearly and professionally
- Build trust through a consultative, customer-focused sales approach
- Manage appointments, documentation, and follow-up communication
- Work closely with installation and operations teams to ensure successful project completion

Required Qualifications
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred
- Background in HVAC, roofing, remodeling, or home services is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
- Comfortable using technology and customer management software
- ServiceTitan experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Ability to inspect equipment and climb ladders when necessary
