Senior Director, Strategy Operations

Senior Director of Strategy Operations role supporting the President of Pharmacy Automation (~$600M business). Responsible for driving strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional priorities, and ensuring operational excellence across a global medical technology business unit.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses across strategy, operations, and commercial areas to support decision-making
- Lead and coordinate high-priority strategic initiatives leveraging data-driven insights and stakeholder engagement
- Drive the President's leadership team operating rhythm including agendas, action tracking, and meeting facilitation
- Develop executive and employee communications including quarterly updates and strategic presentations
- Identify business opportunities, risks, and emerging trends with recommendations for long-term positioning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years in strategy, business development, marketing, operations, finance, or consulting
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority
- Strong program and project management skills with complex initiatives
- Medical devices or healthcare industry experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Financial modeling experience and ability to interpret results
