The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our growth by expanding our client base and promoting our enterprise IT services. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass business objectives and revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and building a robust sales pipeline. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and business objectives. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our specialised Linux and open-source solutions through proposals and presentations. Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with our technical consulting teams to ensure the solutions proposed are aligned with client requirements. Qualifications Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role, preferably within the IT services or technology sector. A demonstrable history of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong business sense and a deep understanding of the sales process. Experience in managing and directing a sales team is highly desirable. A technical background or a strong understanding of Linux, open-source technologies, and enterprise IT infrastructure would be a significant advantage. A bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Benefits A competitive salary of $59,000 - $68,000 USD per annum.
