Position Description

Digital Merchandising & Site Experience

• Own day-to-day digital merchandising strategy and execution across key product categories, ensuring products, offers, and experiences are positioned to maximize customer engagement and sales.
• Develop and manage product placement, merchandising, featured products, and promotional experiences across homepage, category, product finder page, and buy pages.
• Partner closely with Category Management, Marketing, and Product Ops to align merchandising priorities with commercial objectives and category strategies.

Promotional & Offer Management:

• Lead the execution of promotional updates, ensuring offers, pricing, promotional messaging, eligibility, and merchandising placements are accurately reflected across digital channels (s.com, shop app, employee store).
• Work closely with Category Management, Price Ops, and QA teams to ensure promotions are configured correctly and launched on time across relevant customer experiences.
• Manage promotional changes throughout the campaign lifecycle, including launch, updates, extensions, and end-of-promotion activities.
• Proactively identify and resolve offer, pricing, or merchandising issues that may impact conversion, customer experience, or promotional performance.

Campaign & Key Drive Execution

• Lead digital merchandising execution for key campaign and commercial periods, translating business priorities and campaign strategies into compelling online experiences.
• Develop and execute merchandising plans for key sales moments, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and other business-critical periods.
• Coordinate campaign content, product selection, promotional messaging, sales pitches, and site placements to ensure a cohesive CEJ.
• Monitor campaign execution and performance in real time, making timely merchandising adjustments to maximize business impact.

Customer Segmentation & Personalized Merchandising

• Leverage customer, product, and behavioral insights to develop micro-segmented merchandising strategies tailored to different customer needs and purchase journeys.
• Partner with Analytics, PZN, and Category Management teams to identify target audiences and translate customer insights into relevant product and promotional activities.
• Develop differentiated sales pitches, product messaging, and merchandising experiences based on customer segments, shopping behaviors, and commercial objectives.
• Continuously evaluate segment performance and refine merchandising strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and customer value.

Performance Analytics & Commercial Optimization

• Analyze product, promotional, merchandising, and campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
• Monitor key metrics including traffic, conversion, revenue, offer performance, product sell-through, and campaign effectiveness to evaluate merchandising impact.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and proactively adjust product placement, promotional messaging, offers, and site experiences.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to test and implement optimization opportunities, using data and customer insights to continuously improve merchandising performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or better in Marketing, Business, operations or related field
• 5+ years' experience in ecommerce digital product operations or digital experience management
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, UX, analytics and marketing teams
• Strong knowledge of CMS, PIM, product catalog management, search, taxonomy and digital merchandising platforms
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience using data to drive decisions
• Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Fluent in JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent project management systems
• Must be organized and highly detail-oriented
• Ability to use and adopt AI tooling
