Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and mentor a talented group of insurance agents to grow our local presence.

Provide hands-on training to ensure every team member understands our product portfolio and client-first approach.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase our market share throughout the Scranton area.

Lead by example by participating in field appointments and demonstrating effective sales techniques.

Monitor performance metrics and provide ongoing feedback to help individual agents reach their professional goals.

Foster a supportive and collaborative office culture that encourages growth and celebrates collective wins.

Requirements

Valid Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License.

Documented track record of building and managing a successful insurance sales team.

Deep knowledge of life insurance and annuity product lines.

Strong public speaking skills for training and field recruitment.

Proven ability to coach others toward achieving performance targets.

Experience in territory development and local networking within the Scranton region.
