How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Develop and oversee patient care programs, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, policies, and procedures.

• Create, implement, and document individualized care plans and therapy programs.

• Monitor and ensure therapy plans are carried out effectively, including securing necessary equipment and resources.

• Supervise and provide guidance to nursing staff to support quality patient care.

• Coordinate, compile, and maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional preferences we're seeking

Bachelor’s degree required.
