Line Cook
Join our culinary team at Marriott Orlando Downtown as a line cook in Orlando, FL. This role is perfect for someone passionate about preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure all food items are prepared according to our standards, maintaining consistency and excellence in every plate.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe standards and Marriott quality expectations.
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members and other departments.
- Assist with inventory management and proper storage of ingredients.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a line cook or similar role preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
