Life Skills Coach for Transition-Age Youth

Institute for Community Living Inc. is seeking a Life Skills Coordinator in Brooklyn to develop and deliver life skills programs for Transition-Age Youth (16-21) with mental health and child welfare involvement. You will provide individualized coaching, community-based instruction, and skills development focused on daily living and independence.
