Kitchen Manager - Full Time
FTK Hospitality | Philadelphia, PA
A well known Hospitality group is looking to hire a Kitchen Manager in our high-volume restaurant and bar concept in Philadelphia. This dynamic role is perfect for an experienced kitchen leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences. If you have a proven track record in kitchen management, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation compliance.
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
- Control food costs and manage inventory effectively.
- Develop and implement menu items that align with our brand.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment and facilities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager in Philadelphia.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
