Senior Dotnet Developer

Lead Consultant – .NET Full Stack Development We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core to build scalable, cloud‑native microservices applications. This role requires strong experience in Angular and/or React, along with designing RESTful APIs and distributed systems using modern architecture principles. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. Proficiency in SQL Server and Entity Framework, along with a solid understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles, is essential. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core. Architect and implement microservices‑based solutions following OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns. Develop and enhance responsive front‑end applications using Angular and/or React. Modernize and refactor legacy monolithic applications into cloud‑native architectures. Design, build, and document RESTful APIs and implement event‑driven and message‑based systems. Build and manage end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, enabling automated build, test, and deployment. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product owners, DevOps, and QA to deliver high‑quality solutions. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor team members. Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and monitoring using modern observability tools. Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment processes. Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems (IS), Computer Science or related field, or equivalent‑related IT experience. Should be a U.S. citizen. Preferred location is Richmond, Virginia.
