Leading a small but high-performing team, the remote Team Lead, Paid Search will manage the paid search strategy and execution, ensuring effective campaign management and optimization while driving performance and growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the paid search channel, ensuring strong execution across campaign structure, bidding, keywords, budget allocation, testing, and optimization Manage and coordinate a small paid search team, ensuring clear priorities, fast execution, and strong performance accountability Remain hands-on in campaign management, actively working inside the platforms and supporting daily optimizations Required Qualifications Proven experience managing and scaling Google Ads/Bing Ads campaigns in high-growth environments Strong hands-on knowledge of campaign management, keyword strategy, bidding models, budget scaling, account structure, and performance optimization Experience with automation in Paid Search campaign management, including campaign creation at scale and automated bidding workflows Previous experience leading or coordinating a team in a fast-paced performance marketing environment Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into clear actions
