Specification Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Specification Analyst to join our team in East Moline, IL. This role is pivotal in supporting our business initiatives and ensuring data integrity through comprehensive analysis and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and experience with SAP systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

SAP experience
Strong data analysis skills
Proficient with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (advanced level)
High attention to detail
Bachelor's Degree preferred, Associate's Degree accepted
Prior work experience in the client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with PDMlink
Experience with PowerBI/PowerApps
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Continuous learner mindset with a desire to improve processes

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Execute local generalist and specification analyst duties
Participate in dedicated project efforts and adhere to local timelines
Support broader business initiatives and standardization efforts
Ensure quality work practices and data integrity efforts
Facilitate and coordinate meetings as required
Provide administrative support for specification efforts
Compile, analyze, and summarize materials for decision-making
