Pay Rate: $25-$30 Schedule (Days and Time): 1st shift 8am-5pmJob SummaryThe Equipment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the ordering, delivery, installation, maintenance, and service of dental equipment for customers. This role serves as a liaison between the equipment specialist, sales representatives, customers, manufacturers, service technicians, and internal departments to ensure equipment projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.Duties & ResponsibilitiesEquipment Sales SupportCoordinate equipment order from receipt through final installationReview equipment quotes and orders for accuracy and completenessWork closely with equipment specialists to ensure customer requirements are metMaintain accurate records of equipment sales, deliveries, installations and warrantiesProject CoordinationSchedule equipment deliveries, installations, and service appointments.Communicate project timelines and updates to customers, sales staff, and technicians.Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, contractors, and installers regarding equipment availability and project requirements.Monitor project progress and proactively address delays or issues.
