Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, including modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and effective care for our clients.

• Engaging in regular peer review and case consultations to enhance the efficacy and quality of therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
