Neurology Territory Business Manager, Washington DC

argenx seeks a Neurology Territory Business Manager for the Washington DC/Baltimore/Trenton region to support launches and demand generation across the neuroscience franchise. The role involves territory planning, healthcare provider engagement, and coordination with internal teams to meet sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific market strategy aligned with launch priorities
- Engage healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy/infusion providers
- Coordinate customer strategy and engagement with local team members and cross-functional partners
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and launch objectives through effective resource utilization
- Submit timely account plans and activity documentation while adhering to compliance policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience; neurology preferred
- Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
- Experience executing product launches and managing territory planning
- Knowledge of specialty pharmacy, buy & bill accounts, and market access dynamics
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and field-based stakeholders
- Must reside in Washington DC, Baltimore, or Trenton area
Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 base
