Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Washington, D.C.

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for the Washington D.C./Northern Virginia region to drive demand generation and patient access in rheumatology. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and infusion centers while executing territory strategies aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Travel within assigned territory to engage stakeholders and support business objectives
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using market and customer insights
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity
- Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and timely
Requirements
- 5+ years specialty or rare disease biologics sales experience
- Demonstrated rheumatology experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of high sales performance and business objective achievement
- Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
- Ability to collaborate effectively across internal and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must reside within assigned Washington D.C./Arlington/Alexandria market
Compensation: $140,000-$192,500 base
