Accounting Manager

Our client, a rapidly growing organization with private equity support, is looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and help scale the finance function. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, driving process efficiencies, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting the overall financial health of the business.

The Accounting Manager will lead a team across multiple accounting functions while partnering with senior leadership to provide financial visibility, operational support, and strategic insight

esDirect and oversee core accounting activities, including payables, receivables, billing, inventory accounting, and general ledger manageme
ntReview and approve cash, bank, and corporate card reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepanci
esSupervise, coach, and develop accounting staff while fostering accountability and adherence to established policies and procedur
esPrepare and analyze monthly financial results, account reconciliations, and management reporting packag
esEnsure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, supporting schedules, and accounting documentati
onCoordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities while working with cross-functional teams and external audit partne
rsEvaluate existing processes and implement improvements related to workflow efficiency, automation, reporting capabilities, and internal contro
lsProvide financial analysis and operational insights to leadership to support planning, decision-making, and business growth initiativ
