The Opportunity This is a career-defining role where you’ll own every aspect of venue operations as the general manager. What You’ll Do Operational Excellence Oversee all day-to-day operations to ensure your venue runs like a finely tuned machine. Implement and execute operational policies and procedures that enhance efficiency, service quality, and guest delight. Guest Experience & Customer Service Create and nurture a 5-star guest experience, driving positive reviews, word-of-mouth buzz, and repeat business. Proactively address customer feedback and resolve any issues with professionalism and flair. Oversee scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations, ensuring operational efficiency during peak times, seasonal fluctuations, and special events. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular training and continual development. Monitor expenses and revenues, and analyze key metrics to optimize profitability. Oversee reporting, record keeping, and system management (including scheduling software, POS, and HR tools) to ensure smooth backend operations. The What We’re Looking For Experience & Leadership: 4+ years of management experience in restaurant industry or other customer experience led industry; with a proven track record of running high-energy, customer-centric operations. Operational Savvy: Strong background in operational management, leadership, staffing, and facilities maintenance.
