Inside Sales Specialist

Now Hiring: National Accounts Inside Sales Support Representative | Memphis, TN We're seeking a customer-focused professional to support a growing national accounts team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, assisting customers, preparing quotes, managing orders, and proactively following up on new business opportunities. What You'll Do: Connect with dealer and branch locations within established national accounts Introduce available products, services, pricing programs, and ordering options Prepare quotes and follow up on open opportunities Assist customers with product selection, availability, lead times, and order placement Maintain accurate records of customer activity, quotes, orders, and follow-up Re-engage inactive accounts and help increase participation across assigned locations Partner with internal sales, customer service, operations, and accounting teams to resolve customer needs What We're Looking For: Experience in customer service, inside sales, sales support, account management, or a similar role Comfortable making outbound calls and developing customer relationships Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately manage quotes, pricing, and orders Comfortable learning products and explaining options to customers Experience with CRM, ERP, or order-entry systems is a plus This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a combination of customer service, inside sales support, account development, and relationship building without being in a traditional outside sales role. #J-18808-Ljbffr AppleOne Employment Services
