We keep medical device makers, food and beverage producers, pharmaceutical plants and manufacturers across the Southeast supplied with clean, deionized water through our exchange tank, mobile deionization and resin regeneration services. p> We are looking for a driven, commercially minded Inside Sales Representative b> to grow this service business - winning new accounts, growing existing ones, and building the kind of recurring relationships that keep customers with us for years. If you have the sales instinct and the drive, we will give you the knowledge to succeed - full training on our services and applications is provided from day one. p> About Envirogen h3> Envirogen b> is a specialist water treatment and process filtration business, working with customers across the United States, the UK and Europe. From our Memphis facility, our service team helps industrial customers across the Southeast keep their operations clean, compliant and running - recharging and regenerating the deionization systems that critical processes depend on. As we grow this part of the business, we are investing in the people who will help us reach more customers than ever before. p> What you will be doing h3> Generate new service opportunities through outbound calls, video meetings and email li> Build genuine, lasting relationships with new and existing industrial accounts li> Understand each customer’s water treatment needs and match them to the right service li> Win new service agreements and turn one-off jobs into long-term, recurring contracts li> Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling across our service lines li> Convert inquiries and quotes into signed agreements and repeat business li> Keep an accurate, healthy pipeline in our CRM system li> Work closely with our Memphis operations and field service teams to deliver a first-class customer experience li> ul> This role would be a good fit if you h3> Enjoy being on the phone - starting conversations gives you a buzz rather than a knot in your stomach li> Get a genuine kick out of winning new business and turning a "maybe" into a "yes" li> Are motivated by targets and love watching your commission climb as you hit them li> Can take a "no" on the chin and move straight on to the next opportunity li> Would rather build long-term, repeat relationships than chase one-off sales li> Are curious enough to enjoy learning how technical services work and why they matter li> Are self-motivated and organized enough to keep a busy pipeline moving li> ul> What is in it for you h3> Competitive base salary of $62,000 pro rata on a 6 month contract li> An accelerating commission plan that keeps rewarding you as you over-achieve li> Full training on our service lines and water treatment applications li> Be part of a growing service business with real momentum across the Southeast li> Real scope to develop your career as the business expands li> Supportive colleagues across operations, field service and technical who want you to win li> ul> What we are looking for h3> Proven success in a business-to-business sales role, ideally selling industrial, technical or service-based products li> A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets li> Confidence developing relationships and growing accounts by phone and video li> Strong commercial awareness and comfortable negotiating li> Well organized, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once li> Comfortable getting to grips with technical services and explaining them simply li> Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Teams li> High school diploma or GED; further education in a technical or business field is a plus li> A valid US driver’s license is helpful for the occasional customer visit li> ul> No degree required - we care about attitude, drive and results.
