Job Details Location: MR - Winter Garden - Winter Garden, FL 34787 Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Office - Days The PEMB Estimator/Designer is a key member of the PEMB team, ensuring successful execution of all estimates, designs and drawings for customer review and solid financial outcomes. Working hand and hand with the sales team and the operations team, this is a hybrid position that works with all of the other departments. Interpersonal skills, problem solving combined with effective communication are essential elements of this position. Responsibilities Input information into MBS Software Transfer information from MBS Software to the Estimate Summary Excel spreadsheet Provide preliminary drawings and reactions from MBS to the customer – create CAD drawings for Signature of PE Create material list for purchase ordering Facilitate flow of information to deliver all projects on time and within budget Maintain accurate reporting and management of all key deliverables Foster a culture of continuous improvement and superior customer service Establish and maintain a “Zero Harm” culture as a top priority; participate in training as required on new processes, systems and techniques Review and understand project documentation including building plans, designs, and specifications Minimize project risks using appropriate procedures and tools Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and records Organize, manage, and allocate resources to keep the project on schedule and within budget Measure and evaluate project performance Cultivate positive working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business Qualifications 5 years of industry experience in MBS Software Experience creating CAD drawings from MBS Software Strong skills in math and visualization Ability to transfer MBS information to Excel Estimate Summary Sheet Understanding of PEMB and the proper installation methods needed College education preferred but not required depending on experience Must demonstrate a strong ability to: Carry oneself as a leader and self-starter Multitask and work on multiple projects concurrently Share a positive attitude and good work ethic Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally #J-18808-Ljbffr MAKO RABCO, LLC
