Assistant Food Services Director Responsibilities:

• Assist the Food Services Director in planning, organizing, and controlling food services operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and serving residents

• Coordinate with dietary staff to ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory management, including food and supplies, to ensure efficient use of resources

• Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain high-quality food presentation

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
