This approach promotes a balanced work environment that combines office collaboration with the comfort and convenience of remote work.Key ResponsibilitiesPredictable project deliveryStrong customer confidenceAccurate financial and status reportingEffective risk and issue managementUse approved AI and automation tools to streamline project administration, improve reporting insights, support governance compliance, and enable efficient delivery across the Project Management Office.Support project direction and outcomes by providing accurate information, practical recommendations, and timely escalation to enable informed decision-making.Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersDevelop, maintain, and deliver project plansPrepare and maintain accurate project documentationCoordinate project resource requirements and work with resource managers to secure appropriate supportIdentify, track, report, and escalate project risks and issues, and coordinate their resolutionCoordinate the delivery, review, and approval of project deliverablesMonitor project budgets, costs, billing milestones, and financial performance throughout implementationMonitor, track, and report project activities, milestones, and statusManage change requests in line with agreed governance and commercial processesOrganize, facilitate, and document project meetingsMaintain internal systems and project records as requiredContribute to improvements in documentation and processes within METIS as requiredDeliver projects in accordance with Klipboard delivery methodology, governance, and quality standardsIdentify recurring delivery issues or sources of non-billable effort and raise them with the appropriate manager to support corrective action and continuous improvementMaintain high personal standards of project management, collaboration, and customer serviceIdentify opportunities for business improvement and recommend updates to relevant processes, documents, and templatesProvide reasonable project coverage for colleagues as directedSkills, Knowledge and ExperienceWorking knowledge of a recognized project management methodology; PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is preferredAbility to communicate effectively with end users, project teams, managers, and customer stakeholdersDemonstrated experience managing multiple projects and delivering measurable business value to customersGood understanding of ERP systems and software implementation projectsAbility to document, agree upon, and baseline customer requirements through effective stakeholder engagementAttention to detail and thoroughness throughout the project life cycleProficiency with project management toolsProficiency with Microsoft 365 applicationsProven project management experience, preferably in software implementation or professional servicesPersonalClear and concise communicatorCollaborative team member who builds positive working relationshipsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressureFocused and organizedProactive and accountable approach to workCompany InfoKlipboard is designed to bring together our expertise across distribution, automotive, retail, rental, transport management, manufacturing, and field service management.
