Job Description

Job Title: Shipping Clerk
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting daily shipping operations, including preparing, processing, and coordinating domestic and international shipments . The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and process domestic and international shipments.
Create shipping documents, labels, and required paperwork.
Coordinate with carriers, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
Verify shipment information, quantities, and addresses for accuracy.
Track shipments and provide updates as needed.
Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
Assist with inventory checks and warehouse organization.
Follow company safety procedures and shipping guidelines.

Requirements:

Previous shipping, logistics, or warehouse experience preferred.
Experience with domestic and international shipping processes is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to use computers and shipping systems.
Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.

Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $18.00/hour
