What You'll Do

As the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator, you'll own the flow of materials that keep production moving.

Receiving & Inventory Management

• Receive and process daily UPS, FedEx, freight, and courier deliveries.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and shipping documentation.
• Inspect shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness.
• Receive raw materials and intercompany transfers from multiple facilities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through receiving, issuing, and tracking activities.
• Perform cycle counts and support annual physical inventory processes.
• Investigate discrepancies and process inventory adjustments in the ERP system.
• Issue production kits and materials to manufacturing teams to support new builds.

Shipping & Fulfillment

• Prepare and coordinate outbound shipments across various departments.
• Package products and materials to ensure safe and secure delivery.
• Build custom boxes and specialized shipping containers when needed.
• Assist with truck and van loading activities.
• Partner with fulfillment teams to meet shipping deadlines and customer expectations.

Warehouse Operations

• Safely move materials throughout the facility.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (when certified).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Utilize ERP and inventory management systems to track materials and transactions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout warehouse operations.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with production, engineering, purchasing, and operations teams.
• Coordinate material movement between multiple facilities.
• Help resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory-related challenges quickly and accurately.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory control.
• Experience independently managing inbound and outbound shipments.
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP, ERP systems, or similar inventory management software.
• Strong inventory control skills including receiving, cycle counting, kitting, and material tracking.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership and jump in where needed.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience or certification.
• Manufacturing or production environment experience.
• Experience with kitting, picking, and warehouse best practices.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in industrial products.
• Experience creating custom packaging solutions.
• Desire to grow into leadership or other advanced operational roles.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
