This role partners with senior leaders to design and implement talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness solutions that enable business performance acting as the primary connector between the business and HR Centers of Excellence across workforce planning, leadership development, change management, employee relations, and talent strategy.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree required HR, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field and 10+ years of progressive HR experience with growth in scope and complexity including 5+ years as a strategic HRBP directly supporting VP-level or above leaders in a large, matrixed organization4 years of management or leadership experienceDemonstrated track record in org design, workforce planning, and enterprise change managementOverseeing the annual budget and allocating resources for various projects and operational needs.Translating needs and initiatives into compelling business cases.Conducting cost-benefit analyses to justify investments and ensure ROI.Preferred Requirements:Master's degree or MBA preferredPHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP strongly preferredWorkday or enterprise HRIS experience strongly preferredFamiliarity with HR analytics and engagement platforms (Glint, Qualtrics); labor/union experience a plusHealthcare, insurance, or highly regulated industry experience preferredAre you being referred to one of our roles?
