Clinical Manager – Sobering & Deflection Center Portland, OR Full-Time | Behavioral Health Leadership | Community-Based Crisis Services An established behavioral health organization is seeking an independently licensed Clinical Manager to support the launch and ongoing operations of a Sobering and Deflection Center in Portland, Oregon. This program provides immediate support and stabilization for individuals experiencing acute intoxication, substance-related impairment, behavioral health crises, and other community-based needs—while helping divert individuals away from emergency departments and the criminal justice system. About the Role The Clinical Manager will oversee daily clinical operations and provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team supporting individuals in crisis. This role partners closely with nursing staff, behavioral health professionals, peer support specialists, and community agencies to ensure safe, trauma-informed, and person-centered care. The ideal candidate is a strong behavioral health leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys mentoring teams, and is passionate about supporting individuals with substance use and co-occurring behavioral health needs.
