Scheduling & Coordination

• Schedule resident appointments as needed.

• Escort residents to appointments when assistance is required.

Transportation Assistance (MassHealth/MART)

• Assist residents with PT-1 enrollment and/or use of MassHealth transportation services and MART.

• Coordinate transportation details to ensure residents arrive on time.

Documentation Management

• Upload all required resident documents to the appropriate system(s).

• Follow up to confirm all documentation has been completed successfully.

Resident & Family Support

• Provide facility tours for residents’ families and answer general questions.

Ongoing Follow-Up

• Follow up on resident needs, appointments, transportation, and documentation to ensure everything is completed

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Greet visitors.

• Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and determine purpose of call and transfer call.

• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.

Requirements:

• Computer and software skills.

• Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them.

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.

• Must have great organizational skills.

• Must have great customer service and interpersonal skills.
