Trails of Orono Senior Living , is located in Orono, MN. We are in a serene wooded setting just west of Minneapolis and next to the Luce Line Trail.  We help seniors Age Magnificently in our apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Position: Home Health Aide, HHA, & CNA

Hourly: $17.00 - $19.00 for HHA and $19.00 - $24.00 for CNA per hour, depending on experience

Service Area: 875 Wayzata Boulevard, Wayzata, MN 55391

Schedule: Part-time AM (7am-3pm) or PM (3pm-11pm)

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:          

• CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.          

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.           

• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.          

• Assist with medication administration.                   

Preferred Qualifications:    

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.          

• Strong interest in healthcare.          

• Positive, compassionate attitude.          

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
