If so, we have an incredible opportunity for you to join our healthcare partner in Bakersfield, CA, for an 8-week contract focused on EPIC conversions.

As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient surgical procedures. Your expertise will be vital in supporting the surgical team and maintaining a sterile environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in surgical operations under the supervision of surgeons, registered nurses, or other surgical personnel
• Preparing operating rooms for surgery by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary equipment is ready
• Maintaining a sterile field during procedures and adhering to strict infection control protocols
• Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes

Requirements for this position include:

• California Surgical Technologist License
• 2 years of experience in an operating room setting
• Experience with EPIC and Cerner systems
• AHA BLS Certification
