Business Development Representative

Identify and engage potential clients Foster interest in AlignOps products and services Schedule meetings for Account Executives Complete a minimum of 135 daily outbound calls or achieve 90 minutes of daily active talk time Set 30+ Strategy Sessions per month Ensure 20+ monthly Strategy Session show-ups Achieve 90 Monthly Active Users or secure 20 attended strategy sessions starting in month three Conduct personalized outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn Qualify outbound prospects and move them through the sales pipeline Build and maintain structured outreach cadences Collaborate with Account Executives on discovery sessions and lead transitions Travel to and participate in industry trade shows when requested Refine outreach techniques using sales and negotiation principles Conduct cold calls to uncover new opportunities and re-engage dormant prospects Stay current on assigned product lines and serve as a subject matter expert Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Honesty, transparency, and ethical standards in professional interactions Strong work ethic, drive, resilience, and focus on meeting daily goals Ability to clearly articulate value propositions and solutions Effective communication across phone, email, and other outreach channels Solution-oriented and critical-thinking approach to client needs and objections Foundational understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship nurturing Familiarity with the Challenger Sale methodology is a plus Ability to collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams Flexibility in a fast-paced environment with evolving targets and market conditions Ability to learn and apply new tools, technologies, and techniques quickly Proficiency with CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, and social media for outreach and lead tracking Basic familiarity with data analysis is a bonus Positive and professional demeanor when interacting with clients Entry-level position Must be located in the St George, Utah region and work on-site Core Competencies Demonstrates strong sales principles, including prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship nurturing, while effectively communicating value propositions.
