Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Litigation Attorney to join their team and serve as a leader within the firm. This role is designed for a highly skilled litigator who brings strategic insight, courtroom confidence, and a commitment to legal excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead complex litigation matters from inception through resolution

* Develop and execute effective case strategies

* Represent clients in trials, hearings, mediations, and negotiations

* Conduct advanced legal research and legal analysis

* Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements

* Oversee trial preparation and courtroom presentation

* Provide strategic counsel to clients

* Collaborate with attorneys and support staff

* Maintain accurate case files and time records

* Mentor and support junior attorneys

Qualifications

* Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

* Active license to practice law in Minnesota

* Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience

* Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

* Strong leadership and organizational abilities

* Commitment to high ethical standards
