Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by helping customers find personalized solutions.

• Demonstrate the latest technology, products, and services both in-store and through digital channels.

• Collaborate with team members to improve skills and achieve performance goals.

• Maintain high service standards to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Follow company policies and procedures.

• Help create a productive and customer-focused workplace.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

• Reliable transportation required.

• Flexible schedule required for Full-Time employees.

• No prior experience is necessary.

• Passion for helping customers and providing excellent service.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Pay & Compensation:

• This is an hourly position with a starting pay rate of $13.00 - $15.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
• Employees are also eligible to earn uncapped commission , providing additional earning potential based on individual performance.

• Total compensation will vary based on hourly wages, sales performance, and commission earnings.
