To succeed as the Marketing Coordinator you should have:

• 2–4 years of professional marketing experience, with experience supporting digital marketing, campaign management, or lead generation initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Experience managing website content through CMS platforms, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and common marketing tools.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance metrics and using generative AI tools to improve productivity, content development, and marketing effectiveness.
• Experience with email marketing platforms, marketing automation, webinar and event marketing, product marketing, or sales enablement; experience in education, publishing, or EdTech is preferred.

Your responsibilities as the Marketing Coordinator will include:

• Execute email marketing and lead generation campaigns to drive engagement and business growth.
• Coordinate marketing efforts for webinars, conferences, trade shows, and other events.
• Manage website content updates and support ongoing website maintenance activities.
• Research, recommend, and coordinate advertising, sponsorship, and promotional opportunities.
• Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain marketing collateral, communications, and promotional content.
• Support product marketing initiatives and provide marketing assistance to sales teams.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Utilize generative AI tools to support research, content creation, campaign planning, data analysis, and overall marketing efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business objectives.
