Customer Service Representative

Are you energetic, organized, and customer-focused? We are seeking a Service Advisor / Administrative Specialist to join our Service Department team. Working directly alongside our Service Manager and current Service Advisors, you will serve as the administrative backbone of our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Administrative & Process Paperwork: Accurately complete, process, and organize service department documentation.

• Data Entry & Financial Records: Enter service data, process purchase orders, and manage invoices.

• Customer Communication: Manage incoming phone calls with a warm, professional, and helpful demeanor.

• Counter & Scheduling Support: Assist occasional walk-in customers and schedule basic service appointments (e.g., routine oil changes).

• Team Collaboration: Work side-by-side with the Service Manager and Service Advisor team to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Desired Skills

• strong Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and comfort learning internal software systems.

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills: strong customer service, communication, and phone etiquette.

• Detail-Oriented & Organized: Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accurate records.

• No Automotive Background Required! We are happy to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong foundational office skills.
