Who We’re Looking For We are seeking enthusiastic, career-minded, and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Representatives in our New Castle, DE office . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with customers over the phone, and is confident in closing sales. The right candidate will have strong communication skills, be comfortable handling a high volume of calls, and possess a proactive, results-driven mindset. A strong mechanical aptitude is a major advantage, as we specialize in woodworking machinery. Experience in inside sales, industrial products, or capital equipment is preferred—but we are willing to train motivated candidates with transferable skills.
