Schedule: Monday - Friday, regular business hours We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Norcross, GA. This is a great opportunity for someone with AP experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with vendors and internal teams. What You'll Do
- Enter and process vendor invoices in NetSuite (training provided)
- Perform 2-way and 3-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice)
- Prepare weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams (purchasing, receiving, etc.)
- Assist with month-end close and audit requests
- Maintain accurate and organized AP records
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid communication and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Associate degree in Accounting (preferred, not required)
- Stable, full-time opportunity
