Where a job isn't merely a job but the start of a career where you can flourish._**Job Summary**We are seeking a skilled and business-savvy Sushi Chef to join our corporate dining team. This role requires a culinary expert with strong sushi experience who can also contribute to the operational and financial success of the kitchen. The ideal candidate will balance creativity and precision with a solid understanding of food cost management, purchasing, and labor efficiency in a high-volume, professional environment.**This position is part of the Flik Hospitality Ace Team. As a member of the Ace Team you will be responsible for supporting and/or managing Flik accounts. Being based in New York City, you will mainly support units in the Tri-State region. Additionally, you will be assigned to support non-local Flik locations requiring up to 25% travel. Ace schedules vary each week based on business needs. The majority of the assignments fall between Monday through Friday.
